What is Included?

Booth Policies

  • 8 x 10 Booth

  • 6ft table /booth

  • 2 Chairs /booth

  • Wastebasket /booth

  • Buffet Style Lunch

  • Large Machinery and Equipment are not permitted *message us for any inquiries*

  • No tents or large signs​

Pricing

  • $325 /booth

  • $30 for electrical access

Load-in

We will have a limited amount of carts available for vendor load-in. These will be on a first-come-first-serve basis. There will also be a number of volunteers available to help with load-in. The earliest time vendors are allowed in the arena is 6:45 am. 

Frequently asked questions

How do I register?

Go to our register page here on this website. Here, you can see images from our past events, reviews, and register section (which will be at the top). Click the icon "buy tickets" to be taken to where to buy the tickets. Choose the number of booths you would like and if you would need electricity. Fill out the required information and then proceed to checkout. Once completed, you should instantly receive a confirmation email and your ticket.

What if I do not receive a confirmation email?

No problem! If you registered your business but did not receive a confirmation email, you or your company may have our site blocked. Just send us a message through our CONTACT FORM, and we will contact you so you can get all the necessary information! This is extremely important because you need a ticket to check in to this year's event. It is also important so that we can make sure you are receiving all of the necessary information.

I need an invoice before I can pay, can I do this?

Yes! Contact us through our contact form, and we will invoice you.

Will there be food again this year?

We will be providing a buffet style lunch for those in attendance.

How should I purchase electricity?

We will provide access to one extension chord for every electricity item purchased. If you order one electricity, you will receive one extension chord!

I am not receiving emails regarding the event. Why?

We are sending emails out pretty often. If you feel that you haven't heard from us in a while or that you haven't received any information regarding the event, you or your business may have us blocked! Check to see if we are in your spam or blocked list. If you are still having trouble, reach out and we can personally send you any information you may need!
